Transitory records are those which are required for a limited time to complete a routine action, used in the preparation of final records or retained as information or convenience copies by offices or individuals who do not have primary responsibility for them 海角社区 employees are authorized to destroy transitory University Records as part of routine operations.

This template provides a template for developing rules for accessing, protecting and trusting University Records.  It supports the "PARIS Approach" and will support Units in developing their own rules for managing University Records.
