On March 19, 2015, representatives of the 海角社区, together with Dr. Deen Larsen, Director of the Franz-Schubert-Institut in Baden bei Wien, Austria celebrated the signing of an extension of the agreement between the two institutions which provides scholarships for 海角社区 students.
