Philanthropic support to the Institute will ensure everything from trainee funding programs to cutting-edge research, including COVID-19 studies, are continued.

Welcoming a Special Visit

On Oct. 7, FoMD hosted staff from Horizons Ventures and a group of media influencers from Hong Kong. While on campus, guests learned more about the work of the Li Ka Shing Institute of Virology and the Li Ka Shing Applied Virology Institute, including presentations of research from Dr. Lorne Tyrrell and Li Ka Shing Professor Sir Michael Houghton. A special thanks to all those who participated in the tours and presentations!
