New students

  2. and wait for a photo approval email with a pickup date.
  3. Pick up your ONEcard at the ONEcard office in HUB Mall. You must present a government-issued photo ID and your 海角社区 ID number.

Returning student

Employee

  1. and wait for a photo approval email with a pickup date. You may have your photo taken in our office instead if you prefer.
  2. Pick up your ONEcard. You must present a government-issued photo ID.

Not all staff are eligible for a ONEcard. If you are unsure of your eligibility, contact us.

Alumni

Alumni get a special ONEcard called the ALUMNICard. This ONEcard for alumni will be part of your convocation package or mailed out to you with your parchment.

Prior degree recipients who are looking to obtain a ALUMNICard, can do so at the ONEcard Office.

Convocated on or before 1982? Please contact us before visiting to confirm your degree.

Continuing education student

Students who are currently registered in a diploma or certificate program through the Faculty of Extension may obtain a ONEcard at a cost of $15.

Access to services, such as Campus & Community Recreation and , must be purchased separately.

Guest or contractor

Guests and contractors with the university may obtain a ONEcard in person for a $15 fee after they have been assigned a 7-digit university ID number and CCID. Access to buildings or services may be administered by the individual's department after card issuance.

Cash ONEcard

A Cash ONEcard is (not an identification) can be purchased and loaded with funds to make transitions at vending locations on campus that accept ONEcard cash. Please contact us to learn more.

REPLACE YOUR ONECARD

  1. If you have lost your card, and deactivate your ONEcard in the Account section or contact us.
  2. and wait for a photo approval email with a pickup date.
  3. Pick up your ONEcard for a $15 fee. You must present a government-issued photo ID.

Is your ONEcard nearing or past its expiration date? Fear not as your ONEcard never expires. However, get a new one when you can to update your photo and receive any latest card technology. There is no fee to replace these ONEcards.
