Free Nutrition and Wellness Program
Feb. 27 - Mar. 20 | Thursdays from 5:45 p.m. - 7:15 p.m. MST | Agriculture-Forestry Centre, Teaching Kitchen (Room 2-36), North Campus
Join the Change Health Community Program for four weeks of free workshops on nutrition, exercise, and mental health. Connect with other international students over a one-hour cooking class and learn how to prepare easy and healthy meals with local ingredients. All international students – undergraduate, graduate, and visiting – are welcome!

Financial Literacy Workshops
Learn about banking, budgeting, credit scores, fraud prevention, and smart investing through engaging online and in-person sessions. These workshops are designed to help you make informed financial decisions and set yourself up for success.
Wellness Check-ins
Relax, de-stress, and connect with support programs. Recharge with Unwind Your Mind activities, join Wellness Wednesdays for games, tea, and good conversation, or step outside for city excursions and outdoor recreation. However you choose to participate, you’ll find a welcoming space to de-stress and take care of yourself.
Intercultural Events
Connect with a diverse community while exploring new cultures. Attend fun and interactive sessions like outdoor survival workshops, multicultural potlucks, Indigenous education events, and celebrations of global and Canadian traditions. These events are a great way to meet new people and learn about different cultures.
