Under Section 28(1) of the (PSLA), each faculty (and school) of a University must have a Faculty Council. Faculty Councils are autonomous with distinct powers set in Section 28(1) and 29(1) of the Act. General Faculties Council approves the Composition of Faculty Councils and this information and approved quorum is made available here :
